Job summary

Insight Advisors Private Limited is seeking a proactive FP&A and Revenue Accounting Analyst to support budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenue recognition, and business insights. The role requires collaboration with finance, sales, operations, and stakeholders to drive performance and ensure compliance with accounting standards.

You will prepare budgets and forecasts, analyze results, monitor KPIs and revenue trends, support monthly and quarterly reporting, oversee revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CA/ICWA/CMA/MBA(Finance) preferred.
• 3–6 years of FP&A, Revenue Accounting, or related finance experience.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and revenue recognition knowledge.
• IFRS knowledge and revenue accounting practices.
• Advanced Excel skills and financial modelling; SAP experience mandatory.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support planning.
• Analyze results, identify variances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track KPIs and revenue trends to inform decisions.

Financial Planning &Analysis (FP&A) and Revenue Accounting Analyst:

We are looking for a proactive and analyticalfinance professional to support bothFinancial Planning & Analysis(FP&A)andRevenue Accountingactivities. The role will beresponsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, revenuerecognition, and providing business insights to support strategicdecision-making. This position requires close collaboration with finance,sales, operations, and business stakeholders to drive financial performance andensure compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial modelsto support business planning and decision-making.
• Analyze financial results, identify keyvariances, and provide actionable recommendations.
• Track and monitor KPIs, business performancemetrics, and revenue trends.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financialreporting and planning processes.
• Oversee revenue recognition and revenue closeactivities in accordance with accounting standards and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or arelated field; Qualified or semi qualified CA, ICWA, CMA, or MBA(Finance) preferred.
• 3 to 6 years of experiencein FP&A,Revenue Accounting, Corporate Finance, or related finance functions.
• Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting,financial analysis, and revenue recognition principles.
• Knowledge ofIFRSand revenueaccounting practices.
• Advanced proficiency inExcelandfinancial modelling.
• Hands-on experiencewithSAP(mandatory).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and businesspartnering skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholdermanagement capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-pacedenvironment and manage multiple priorities.
