Role Overview

We are looking for a driven FP&A Analyst to support financial reporting, variance analysis, and business insights. This role will play a key part in ensuring high-quality financial data, generating actionable insights, and enabling effective decision‑making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Extract, consolidate, and validate financial actuals from SAP ERP
• Retrieve and reconcile planning data from Anaplan
• Perform monthly variance analysis (Actuals vs Plan/Forecast) and identify key drivers
• Prepare concise financial summaries, dashboards, and presentations for business stakeholders
• Track Purchase Orders (POs) and monitor spend against budgets, highlighting risks and trends
• Support ad hoc analysis and data requests for FP&A and cross‑functional teams
• Contribute to improving reporting processes, data quality, and automation initiatives

Qualifications & Experience

• CA / CA Inter / MBA (Finance)
• 2–4 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
• Strong understanding of financial statements and cost drivers
