Job summary

Civica in Vadodara, India is seeking an FP&A Analyst to drive high-quality financial insight, planning, and regional decision support across the business. You will develop forecasts and scenarios, perform driver-based analyses of revenue, ARR, margins and cash, and partner with Commercial Finance to translate data into strategic narratives for senior leaders across geographies.

Qualifications

• Strong FP&A capability including forecasting, scenario planning, and driver-based modelling.
• Experience analysing revenue, ARR, retention, margins, cash flow and productivity metrics.
• Advanced financial modelling and Excel skills; experience with planning systems and BI tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of financial statements and end-to-end business economics.
• Ability to think strategically while remaining grounded in operational detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain forecasts and scenarios for the region, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and regional priorities
• Perform driver-based analysis to explain performance, trends, and variances across revenue, ARR, retention, margin, cash, productivity, and operational KPIs
• Produce clear and compelling performance narratives that translate data into actionable insight for senior stakeholders
• Drive improved forecast accuracy, transparency, and consistency across the region
• Standardise planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, embedding best practice and continuous improvement
• Review, challenge, and enhance forecasts and assumptions produced by Finance Business Partners
• Act as a centre of excellence for FP&A, providing constructive challenge and independent insight
• Partner closely with Commercial Finance to translate financial and operational data into meaningful commercial narratives
• Support the CFO and Executive team with ad-hoc strategic analysis, rapid insight requests, and crisis-driven scenarios
• Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making, investment cases, and long-range planning
• Support post-acquisition performance tracking and integration insights where required

Key responsibilities:

Financial Planning, Forecasting & Insight

• Develop and maintain forecasts and scenarios for the region, ensuring alignment to strategic objectives and regional priorities

Requirements
