Stealth-stage Fitness Technology Startup is seeking a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to work directly with the founder. You will own core tech across frontend, backend, databases, APIs and integrations, starting with the existing production stack and building a significantly better platform from the ground up.

This early-stage role is about building, shipping, debugging and making technical decisions—not just executing predefined tasks—and you will help shape the product, data flows and AI-driven

Qualificações

• 1–3 years hands-on software development experience.
• Shipped real software with production readiness.
• Experience across frontend, backend, databases, APIs and integrations.
• Familiarity with backend platforms like Firebase/Firestore or equivalents.
• Experience with payments or notifications integrations.
• Knowledge of OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar LLM APIs.
• Ability to work with existing codebases and make architectural decisions.

Responsabilidades

About Us

We are a 1-year-old technology-led fitness startup building the quick-commerce layer for fitness - making personalized fitness services available on demand.

We already have a live product, paying customers and real-world usage.

We're now looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer to work directly with the founder and take significant ownership of our technology as we scale.

This is an early‑stage role where you'll build, ship, debug and make technical decisions — not simply execute predefined tasks.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Founding Full-Stack Engineer who is comfortable working across frontend, backend, databases, APIs and integrations.

You will initially take ownership of our existing production technology, improve automation and reliability, and then work on building a significantly better platform from the ground up.

Over time, we plan to build intelligent technology around fitness, personalization, health data and AI.

If you enjoy building rather than just coding, this role could be a great fit.

What We're Looking For

1–3 years of hands‑on software development experience.

We care much more about what you have actually built and shipped than the number of years on your resume.

You should have:

Core:

• React / React Native
• Firebase / Firestore or similar backend platforms
• Git / GitHub
• Third‑party API integrations
• Payment & notification integrations

AI / Emerging Tech:

• Experience with OpenAI, Gemini, Claude or similar LLM APIs
• LLM‑based application development & prompt engineering
• Familiarity with RAG, AI agents and tool calling is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving and system design fundamentals
• Ability to work with existing codebases
• Understanding of performance, security and scalable architecture
• Experience shipping and maintaining real‑world applications

Most importantly, you should have shipped real software.

We want someone who has built and deployed applications and understands what it takes to run software in production.

You don't need to know everything. You need to know how to figure things out.

We expect you to think through the requirements, edge cases, architecture and implementation — and then build it.

Compensation
