Founding Full Stack Developer + Project Manager – WellVantage (Remote - Noida/India - Remote)

WellVantage is building an AI-powered wellness platform combining gym management and personalised nutrition tracking through two connected apps — one for gyms, one for their members.

What you’ll do:

As a founding engineer, you will be responsible for delivering some application modules end-to-end. This includes hands‑on backend development (NodeJS) and frontend development (React/React Native). The initial development phase is expected to take approximately 2–3 months, and given the startup environment and your ownership of product delivery, this may require working extended hours during this period to ensure a timely and successful launch. Compensation—whether in the form of salary or profit share—will be milestone‑based. Upon successful delivery, the role may transition to a full‑time fixed salary arrangement.

• Integrated third‑party APIs in production (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, OpenAI)
• Open to milestone‑based pay and extended hours for the first 2–3 months
• Willing to complete a 2–3 day evaluation task
