TL;DR: We're looking for a sharp, adaptable Founder's Associate (fresh graduate or 1-3 years of experience) to work alongside a hands‑on founder who runs multiple businesses, including a digital marketing agency. You'll be the ultimate utility player – one day you're streamlining operations across different ventures, the next you're preparing management materials, and the day after that you're supporting the co‑founder of another agency. Perfect for someone who thrives on variety, loves solving problems before they become problems, and gets energised (not overwhelmed) by the idea of wearing multiple hats.
Role Type: Full‑time role (40 hours per week), Fully‑remote, 6:30 pm‑3:30 am (IST)
What you’ll do:
- Be the founder’s right hand – manage their calendar, coordinate meetings, handle follow‑ups, and basically make sure they can focus on the big stuff while you keep everything running smoothly
- Jump between businesses like a pro – support operations across multiple ventures, with a particular focus on the digital marketing agency alongside the founder’s partner (CEO of another agency)
- Own strategic projects from start to finish – whether it’s researching new market opportunities, executing special initiatives, or implementing the idea the founder had at 11 pm last night
- Keep the machine running – track OKRs, organise all‑hands meetings, manage internal communications, and spot opportunities to make processes better (because there’s always a better way)
- Prepare the important stuff – investor updates, board‑meeting materials, pitch decks, and any presentations that need to look polished and tell the right story
- Be the company culture champion – organise team events, workshops, and those moments that make people actually want to come to work
- Tackle the unexpected – dive into ad‑hoc projects across different functions where you can make the most impact (spoiler: there will be lots of these)
- Turn data into action – help track business metrics, analyse what’s working, and translate insights into recommendations that actually move the needle
- Support hiring and people ops – help with onboarding new team members, coordinate interviews, and keep the people side of the business humming
Who we’re looking for
Someone who is a fresh graduate with stellar academic results or has 1‑3 years of experience and has the following skills and traits:
- Generalist mindset: You’re genuinely curious about everything from finance to operations to marketing, and you don’t get fazed when asked to jump into something new
- Ridiculously organised: You can juggle five projects, three calendars, and a surprise management meeting without breaking a sweat or missing a deadline
- Proactive problem‑solver: You spot issues before they become fires, and you’re already working on solutions before anyone asks
- Excellent communicator: Whether it’s writing a management update or chatting with the team, you know how to get your point across clearly and professionally
- Comfortable with chaos: Startups and multi‑business operations are messy – you actually thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift
- Analytically sharp: You can look at data, spot patterns, and figure out what it actually means for the business
- Team player with backbone: You collaborate beautifully but aren’t afraid to speak up, ask for help, or challenge ideas constructively
- Entrepreneurial spirit: You think like an owner, take initiative, and care about outcomes (not just ticking boxes)
Application process:
- Discovery call – to understand your motivations
- Technical task & discussion – to evaluate your key skills for this role
- Final interview with client
