Job summary

Pepper Square Inc. is seeking a seasoned UX/UI designer to embed with client teams, translating business needs into intuitive digital experiences from research through high‑fidelity interfaces and design systems.

You will collaborate with engineers and product partners to deliver accessible, scalable designs. Your 4–5 years of client‑facing UX experience, strong UX thinking, and hands‑on skills with AI‑assisted tools will help accelerate research, ideation, wireframing, and prototyping while

Job description

• Embed directly with clients to understand their users, business goals, and product challenges before designing a single screen.
• Design end-to-end digital experiences from research and user flows to high-fidelity interfaces and design systems.
• Leverage AI to accelerate UX research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, usability analysis, and design documentation.
• Partner with engineers to deliver accessible, scalable, and production-ready experiences.
• Client's advocacy by proactively identifying UX gaps, usability issues, and AI opportunities.
• Surface blockers, gaps, and opportunities early for all client account.

What Makes You Fit:

• 4–5 years of UX/UI design experience with direct client engagement.
• Strong expertise in UX thinking, interaction design, visual design, prototyping, and design systems.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted design tools (Figma AI, Galileo AI, v0, Lovable, Uizard, Cursor for Designers, ChatGPT/Claude, or similar) to improve design quality and speed.
• Excellent stakeholder communication and facilitation skills.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business problems into intuitive user experiences.
• Proactive mindset that uncovers user, product, and AI opportunities before they become requirements.
