Job summary

Quantbot is seeking an early-career engineer to help build production-ready agentic systems for SMBs and enterprises. The role focuses on hands-on problem solving, shaping end-to-end solutions inside real customer context, and learning in a deep-tech AI product studio.

Candidates should be proficient in Python or TypeScript and eager to explore MCP, tool calling, and orchestration frameworks. Familiarity with Claude Code or Cursor and some AWS/container knowledge are a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong coding skills in Python or TypeScript.
• Hands-on curiosity about agentic systems (MCP, tool calling, orchestration frameworks, vector stores, evals).
• Familiarity with tools like Claude Code or Cursor for faster progress.
• AWS and container knowledge is a plus.
