Responsibilities

• Embed directly with enterprise customers on site and remote, owning their deployment end to end: discovery, solution build, integration, go-live, and iteration.
• Map how their business actually works and translate into agents, workflows, and document pipelines on the Botminds platform.
• Close gaps with scripting, API integration, data wrangling, and prompt/agent design.
• Serve as the customer's most technical ally and relay field learnings into product feedback for the roadmap.

Job description

Some engineers build the product. Forward deployed engineers make it win. You learn the Botminds platform to the depth of the people who built it — agents, workflows, document pipelines, integrations — and at the same time you learn the customer’s business the way their own operators know it. Then you go to where the customer works, embed with their team, and build the solution with them until it runs their real process in production.

This is the role for an engineer who wants the whole loop: understand a messy, high-stakes business problem, structure it, configure and extend the platform against it, and stand next to the users when it goes live. You operate like a hands-on CTO for each deployment — small team, high trust, direct line to outcomes.

What you’ll do

You will embed directly with enterprise customers — on site and remote — and own their deployment end to end: discovery, solution build, integration, go-live, and the iteration that follows. You map how their business actually works (not how the org chart says it works), translate that into agents, workflows, and document pipelines on the Botminds platform, and close the gaps with real engineering — scripting, API integration, data wrangling, prompt and agent design. You are the customer’s most technical ally in the room and the platform team’s clearest signal from the field: what you learn on site comes home as product feedback that shapes the roadmap. When something breaks at 9am in the customer’s ops floor, you are the person they trust to fix it.

What you bring

• 3+ years in software engineering, solution engineering, or technical consulting — you can read APIs, write working code, and debug systems you didn’t build.
• Genuine curiosity about business operations: you enjoy learning how lending, credit, or document-heavy processes actually run, not just the tech underneath.
• Strong communication with both engineers and business operators; comfort presenting to and working alongside customer teams daily.
• Bias to ownership — undefined problem spaces energize you, and travel to customer sites is a feature, not a bug.
