The Opportunity:

Purchasing Power, one of Atlanta’s fastest growing e‑retailers is seeking a Forward Deployed Agent Builder to join our team in Chennai, India. Work directly with business and product teams to identify high‑value problems and design, build, and deploy AI agents that solve real‑world workflows. This role combines agent engineering, product thinking, and strong communication.

What You Will Do:

• Business Problem Framing & Solution Design- Break down complex business problems into AI‑solvable components, translate requirements into workflows, tools, and data needs, communicate solutions to technical and non‑technical stakeholders
• Agent Design & Development - Build agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph, implement multiagent architectures (ReAct, supervisor models), optimize for latency, cost, and accuracy
• RAG & Knowledge Systems - Design end-to-end RAG using Copilot, work with vector databases (Pinecone, Qdrant, Weaviate, pgvector)
• Memory Architecture - Implement short‑term and long‑term memory systems, optimize context handling and continuity
• Enterprise Integration- Integrate agents via APIs, MCP, and enterprise systems,
• M365 & Business Applications - Build agents using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Power Apps, Integrate with Microsoft Graph, Teams, and SharePoint
• UX & Product Thinking- Design usable and intuitive AI experiences
