As a Software Development Manager, you will be collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, driving innovation through modern engineering practices, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will also mentor team members, manage project timelines, and ensure successful delivery under dynamic and challenging conditions.**What You Will Do:*** Oversee software engineering teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure applications aligned with business objectives.* Plan, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality standards.* Provide technical leadership in designing robust web application architectures and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and cloud technologies.* Implement coding standards, automated testing, and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines to maintain low defect rates and high performance.* Work closely with product managers, QA, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.* Coach team members, foster a culture of learning, and promote professional growth within the engineering team.* Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and profiling to ensure applications meet reliability and efficiency benchmarks.* Adapt to evolving requirements, mitigate risks, and maintain delivery under pressure or unexpected changes.
