Job summary

Bo International is seeking a Senior Formulation Chemist in India to develop high-performance skincare, haircare, and sunscreen formulations that scale for real markets.

You will optimize cost, stability, and global compliance (India, EU) while supporting client trials and coordinating with production, QC and sourcing to ensure products ship with strong performance.

Qualifications

• 1 to 10 years of hands-on formulation experience.
• Strong expertise in emulsions, gels, surfactant systems, and actives.
• Sunscreen experience (SPF / PA / UV filters) is a big plus.
• Comfortable with raw material substitution, cost optimization, and scale-up issues.
• Practical mindset — know what works in the factory, not just on paper.
• Good documentation and communication skills.
