Job summary

Biodeal Pharmaceuticals Limited is seeking an F&D Manager in Nalagarh with 9-12 years of industry experience. The role focuses on GMP compliance, licensing reviews, and development of dosage form strategies.

You will oversee tech transfer from R&D to commercial batches, ensure SOP QA alignment, and train teams on GMP/R&D SOPs. This position requires strict adherence to regulatory standards and robust documentation practices.

Responsibilities

• Comply with SOPs, GMP and safety regulations.
• Review licensing docs (Form 29) for manufacturing licenses.
• Review and finalize text matter for dosage forms.
• Review and check Master Formula Records for all dosage forms.
• Prepare and review Product Development Reports.
• Coordinate Technology Transfer from R&D to Commercial Batch.
• Review R&D SOPs and QA SOP alignment.
• Train GMP & R&D SOP adherence.
• Review stability data for new products.
• Review target specifications for products.
• Review development reports for all dosage forms and records.
• Perform other duties to meet departmental and company objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Comply with all applicable SOPs, GMP and safety regulations.
• Review of Form 29 & License Documentation for getting manufacturing license and Form 29
• Review and Finalization of Text Matter of Art Works of all dosage forms.
• Review and Checking of Document of Master Formula Record of all doses form like- Tablets, Ointment, Cream, Sachet, Capsules, DPI, Blended pellets, Liquid Formulation-Oral spray, Nasal spray and so on) & their entry record.
• Preparation and reviewing of Product Development Report.
• Technology Transfer from R&D to Commercial Batch.
• Review and Approval of R&D SOPs by following QA SOP on SOP.
• Training of GMP & R&D SOP.
• Review of Stability Data of New Products.
• Review of Target Specification of product.
• Review Document of Product Development Report of all doses form like- Tablets, Ointment, Cream, Sachet, Capsules, DPI, Blended pellets, Liquid Formulation- Nasal spray, Topical solution) & their entry record.
• Perform other related duties as assigned to meet departmental and company objectives.
