We are looking for experienced Construction Foremen to supervise and coordinate daily construction activities for a resort development project in the Maldives.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at the project site.
• Lead workers and coordinate with subcontractors and other trades.
• Monitor work progress according to approved drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• Inspect workmanship, materials, measurements, and overall site quality.
• Coordinate with site engineers and project management to resolve site-related issues.
• Ensure workers follow health and safety procedures at all times.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
• Read and understand construction drawings, specifications, and site instructions.
• Maintain daily records of manpower, work progress, and material requirements.

Candidate Profile

• Relevant experience as a Construction Foreman is required.
