Job summary

Wellknown is seeking a Foreman for its Utility CP Department in Daman. This full-time role requires a minimum of 6 years of experience in utility operations and sound knowledge of equipment management.

The candidate will supervise operations, guide teams, and ensure compliance with safety and operational standards. Key skills include leadership, fault-finding, and knowledge of SAP operations. A valid ITI qualification is mandatory for application.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day utility operations and assigned work areas.
• Guide, monitor, and coordinate operators and technicians during shifts.
• Ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operation of compressors, chillers, HVAC, and ETP/ZLD systems.
• Identify equipment abnormalities and take immediate corrective actions.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and breakdown maintenance activities.
• Maintain shift logs, operational checklists, and SAP-related records.
• Support compliance with ISO, IMS, statutory, and audit requirements.
• Monitor water, energy, and utility consumption and report abnormalities.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety rules, SOPs, and statutory norms.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and skill development of shop-floor staff.
• Participate in improvement projects, reliability enhancement, and energy-saving initiatives.
• Prepare, review, and submit daily work reports and shift reports.
