Job summary

Aptino, Inc. in Gurugram, India, is seeking a Forecasting Analyst with strong WFM and Contact Center forecasting experience.

Develop forecasts using Linear Regression, Trend, Triple Exponential Smoothing, and Weighted Moving Average, and perform manual forecasting with Advanced Excel.

Analyze actual vs forecast volumes, manage assumptions, and present insights to stakeholders across Operations, BI, HR, Strategy, and Training. Collaborate with teams to contribute to business planning.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of WFM forecasting experience.
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based forecasting.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of WFM Forecasting experience.
• Strong Contact Center/BPO forecasting knowledge.
• Hands-on experience with Excel-based forecasting.
• Experience with WFM tools such as NICE, Verint, Aspect or Salesforce.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
