TechDefence Labs in Mumbai seeks a DLP Security Specialist to lead deployment, policy tuning, and ongoing support of Forcepoint DLP and Forcepoint Proxy.

As SME for DLP platforms, you will triage incidents, drive RCA, develop automation scripts in PowerShell or Python, and ensure policies align with GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, CCPA, and NIST; monitor KPIs and deliver executive dashboards.

Qualifications

• Hands on experience with Forcepoint Proxy (Web Security Gateway) and Forcepoint DLP.
• Lead configuration, policy tuning, and operational support for Forcepoint DLP platforms.
• Act as the SME for DLP platforms, managing deployment, upgrades, and integration challenges.
• Ensure effective, timely, and consistent DLP event triage, analysis, and incident response.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical DLP incidents and lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA).
• Develop automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, or Bash to enhance workflows and reduce false positives.
• Ensure DLP policies align with regulations including GDPR, HIPAA, FFIEC, CCPA, and security standards like NIST.
• Monitor operational KPIs, continuously assess control effectiveness, and deliver executive-level summaries and dashboards.
• Troubleshooting Proxy and DLP related issues.

Responsabilités
