Job summary

STL Digital in Bengaluru is seeking a DLP Support Engineer with 2+ years of hands-on experience to monitor data loss prevention controls and manage incidents.

You will handle alerts, perform initial investigations, and triage issues related to DLP agents, policies, and endpoints. Strong documentation and cross‑team communication skills are essential; weekend coverage may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in DLP support.
• Experience with Forcepoint DLP and Microsoft Purview.
• First-level troubleshooting of DLP agents and policy issues.
• Ability to perform daily health checks and incident tracking.

L1 DLP Support engineer

Experience: 2+ Yrs

Location: Banglore

Mode: WFO

Shift : Genral 8AM-6PM (Alternate saturday working)

Preferred Skill Set:

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of DLP concepts and data protection controls


• Hands-on experience with Forcepoint DLP, Microsoft Purview or similar DLP solutions


• Experience in DLP incident monitoring, analysis, and initial investigation


• First-level troubleshooting of DLP agents, policy-related issues, and endpoint connectivity


• Monitoring DLP alerts/incidents, initial triage, and escalation to L2


• Understanding of DLP policies, rules, exceptions, and false-positive handling


• Basic knowledge of endpoint security, Active Directory, email, web, and data transfer channels


• Ability to perform daily health checks, reporting, incident tracking, and operational activities


• Strong documentation and communication skills for coordinating with IT, application, and business teams


• Willingness to work required support/shift coverage for supported entities
