Job summary

Rebel Foods Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for a Quality Assurance role focused on monitoring kitchen hygiene and food safety, conducting training, and ensuring FSSAI compliance across locations. The role involves data analysis of regional performance and CAPA for customer complaints, with strong Excel and presentation skills.

Candidates should have 6 months+ QA experience in the food sector and a degree in Food Technology or Food Science. Travel to different city locations is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of experience in Quality Assurance.
• Must be from the food industry.
• Qualification: B.Tech/M.Tech in Food Technology, Food Science, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and up keeping food safety and hygiene standards of the kitchen.
• Giving training to the kitchen team on SOPs, quality and food safety standards.
• Prepping kitchen to comply to FSSAI standards and internal audits.
• Proactively checking the quality of raw ingredients/products through sensory and its documentation.
• Handling customer complaints by RCA and CAPA.
• Analyzing data to understand regional performance on various metrics.
• Good understanding of FSSAI regulations for catering industry.
