Accor is seeking an experienced Banquet Manager to oversee planning, coordination and execution of all banquet and special events for luxury hospitality settings in Agra. You will lead, train, and mentor banquet staff to ensure outstanding guest experiences and consistent service standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining event documentation, coordinating with housekeeping, security and front office, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in Food & Beverage management, with at least 3 years in banquet.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale banquets in luxury hospitality.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and health and safety regulations compliance.
• Excellent leadership and team management with mentoring experience.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
• Excellent communication and cross-department liaison skills.

Job Description

• Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of all banquet and special events, ensuring seamless service delivery and exceptional guest experiences
• Supervise, train, and mentor banquet staff to ensure consistent service standards and professional conduct throughout all events
• Maintain comprehensive event documentation, including contracts, timelines, floor plans, and service specifications
• Conduct pre-event briefings and post-event debriefs to ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement
• Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards throughout all banquet functions
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations across all banquet operations
• Coordinate with other departments including housekeeping, security, and front office to facilitate seamless event execution
• Analyse event performance metrics and guest feedback to identify opportunities for service enhancement

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in Food & Beverage management, with at least 3 years in banquet.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale banquets and special events in a luxury hospitality setting
• Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and health and safety regulations compliance
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities with experience in training and mentoring staff
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office applications
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to liaise effectively across departments
