Responsibilities

• Ensure staff works together as a team to deliver optimal service and meet guest needs.
• Inspect grooming and attire, remedy deficiencies.
• Perform opening and closing duties: set up supplies/tools, clean equipment/areas, lock doors.
• Maintain storage areas organized, use FIFO, and keep clean.
• Complete scheduled inventories, stock, and requisition supplies.
• Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service quality, safety, and guest wellbeing.
• Complete work orders for maintenance repairs.
• Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, motivating, and coaching staff.
• Serve as role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open‑Door Policy process.
• Follow all company, safety, and security policies; report accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions; complete safety training and certifications.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards, anticipate and address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express genuine appreciation.
• Communicate clearly and professionally; develop positive working relationships, support teamwork, and respond to employee concerns.
• Adhere to quality expectations and standards; identify, recommend, develop, and implement ways to increase efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, and cost‑savings.
• Perform physical tasks such as standing, sitting, walking, lifting up to 50 lb., moving through confined spaces, and reaching overhead.
• Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Preferred Qualifications

• High‑school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 2 years of related work experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.
