Job summary

Spectraforce is seeking a hands-on Senior Full-Stack Engineer for its Hyderabad onsite location. You will drive mobile and web development using Flutter, React Native, and React/Angular, while building scalable backend APIs with Python and FastAPI.

Strong emphasis on architecture, design patterns, data modeling in MySQL, and GenAI integrations. You will mentor team members, lead code reviews, and collaborate with Product, UI/UX, QA, and DevOps in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on full-stack development across Flutter, React Native, React.js/Angular, Python/FastAPI, MySQL, and GenAI/LLMs.
• Lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews across mobile, web, and backend teams.
• Experience with MVC/MVVM architecture and at least 12 design patterns in real projects.
• Strong backend, API development, authentication/authorization, and performance optimization.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD, testing, logging, monitoring, and production support.
• Experience integrating AI models/agents with tools, APIs, databases, or external services.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on full-stack development across Flutter and web stacks (React Native, React.js/Angular).
• Develop backend APIs using Python, FastAPI, and MySQL with strong data modeling and performance tuning.
• Lead architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and conduct design reviews in an Agile/Scrum setup.

Role & responsibilities

This is a hands-on full-stack role requiring strong hands‑on coding experience across Flutter is Must /React Native, React.js/Angular, Python/FastAPI, MySQL, and GenAI/LLMs, with strong backend/API development and the ability to lead, mentor, and conduct code reviews.

Full-Stack Development:
5+ years of strong hands‑on experience across Flutter + Dart Mobile app and web development are Must, Candidates with only mobile or only web experience should not be shortlisted.

• Mobile Application Development:
  Strong hands‑on experience with Flutter/Dart is preferred. Candidates with solid React Native experience can also be considered, provided they have strong overall Full Stack experience.
• Web Application Development:
  Strong hands‑on experience with React.js is required/preferred, or Angular, along with JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Backend & API Development:
  Hands‑on experience with Python, FastAPI, RESTful APIs, integrations, authentication, authorization, and backend services.
• Architecture & Design Patterns:
  Good understanding and practical implementation of MVC/MVVM architecture and at least 12 Design Patterns in real‑world projects. The candidate should be able to make appropriate technical and architectural decisions.
• Database & Performance:
  Strong hands‑on experience with MySQL, including data modeling, complex queries, indexing, transactions, security, and performance optimization.
• AI/ML & Generative AI:
  Practical experience implementing AI/ML or Generative AI features, including LLMs, AI APIs, prompt engineering, embeddings, AI agents, automation, and intelligent workflows.
• MCP, Cloud & Integrations:
  Hands‑on knowledge of MCP (Model Context Protocol) and experience integrating AI models/agents with tools, APIs, databases, or external services. AWS Lambda, S3, EC2, and OpenSearch experience is an added advantage.
• Debugging & Production Support:
  Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills, with the ability to independently identify and resolve issues across Mobile, Web, Backend, API, and Database layers. Experience with Git, CI/CD, testing, logging, monitoring, security, and performance optimization is expected.
• Technical Leadership & Collaboration:
  23+ years of technical leadership experience, including mentoring, code reviews, coding standards, architecture decisions, and technical delivery, with strong collaboration across Product, UI/UX, QA, DevOps, and business teams in an Agile/Scrum environment.
