• At least one functional Flutter application or portfolio demonstrating API integration, state management and responsive UI.
• Intermediate Dart, null safety and object-oriented fundamentals.
• Working Flutter knowledge including widgets, navigation and lifecycle.
• Practical state management and asynchronous programming.
• REST API, JSON and authentication integration.
• Responsive mobile UI, Git and device debugging.
