Role overview

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Flutter Developer Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are eager to grow their skills in mobile app development using Flutter. During the internship, you will work alongside our development team to build and enhance cross-platform mobile applications. There is a potential for this internship to convert into a full-time position at Piest Systems based on performance and business needs.

Responsibilities

• Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the design and development of mobile applications using Flutter.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement responsive and user‑centric interfaces.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.
• Help troubleshoot and resolve bugs and performance issues.
• Assist in testing and validating application functionality.
• Document development processes and technical specifications when required.

Requirements

• Mandatory:
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in software/mobile development.
• Basic understanding of Flutter & Dart.
• Knowledge of RESTful APIs and basic networking concepts.
• Familiarity with Git (version control).
• Good problem‑solving skills and eagerness to learn.
• Preferred (Not Mandatory):
• Experience building at least one Flutter project (academic or personal).
• Understanding of state management approaches (Provider, Bloc, Riverpod, etc.).
• Familiarity with Firebase or other backend‑as‑a‑service platforms.
• Real‑world experience working on live mobile applications.
• One‑on‑one mentorship with experienced developers.
