Job summary

About the Role
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Flutter Developer with 1 to 2 years of hands-on experience in building and maintaining Android and iOS applications.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of Flutter, Dart, BLoC state management, REST API integration, and clean architecture principles.
The developer will work on an existing production mobile application, contribute to architectural improvements, implement new features, resolve issues, and help build reliable, scalable, and maintainable mobile solutions.
Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Implement UI screens and reusable widgets based on Figma designs.
• Work with BLoC/Cubit for predictable and maintainable state management.
• Follow an established Clean Architecture structure involving Presentation, BLoC, Use Cases, Repositories, and Data Sources.
• Integrate REST APIs using Dio, including request headers, authentication tokens, error handling, and response parsing.
• Implement strongly typed models, entities, and JSON serialization.
• Handle application loading, success, empty, and failure states appropriately.
• Support user authentication, OTP verification, onboarding, and profile management workflows.
• Integrate third-party SDKs and services as required.
• Identify, debug, and resolve functional and performance issues.
• Maintain clean, reusable, testable, and well-structured code.
• Use Git for version control, feature branches, pull requests, and collaborative development.
• Test application features across Android and iOS devices.
• Work closely with senior developers to follow established architecture and coding standards.

Required Technical Skills
Flutter & Dart

• Strong understanding of Dart, asynchronous programming, Futures, Streams, and null safety.
• Experience building responsive Flutter interfaces and reusable components.
• Good understanding of widget lifecycle, navigation, forms, and validation.

State Management

• Practical experience implementing features with Flutter BLoC or Cubit.
• Understanding of events, states, BlocBuilder, BlocListener, and BlocConsumer.

Architecture

• Basic practical knowledge of Clean Architecture and separation of concerns.
• Familiarity with Repository Pattern, dependency injection, and use cases.

Networking & API Integration

• Experience with REST APIs, HTTP methods, JSON, and Dio.
• Understanding of HTTP status codes, request timeouts, and exception handling.
• Knowledge of authenticated API requests and token-based authentication.
• Ability to handle network failures and display appropriate UI states.

Expected Candidate Profile
We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least one year of practical Flutter development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience is also acceptable.
• Minimum 1 year of hands-on Flutter application development.
• Experience contributing to at least one reasonably complete mobile application, preferably released to production.
