Gharpayy, a rental accommodations provider, is seeking an in-office intern to manage lead outreach and site-visit coordination. You will work closely with Sales Executives to schedule visits, share pre-visit details, and ensure confirmations two hours prior to visits.

Ideal candidates are available for 3 months, can start between Oct 5, 2026 and Nov 9, 2026, and possess strong English communication skills. Stipend ranges with additional incentive pay are offered.

Qualificações

• Strong written and verbal communication expected.
• Customer-facing communication experience beneficial.

About the internship:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Initiate 'Hype & Schedule' bridge calls or chats with qualified leads to plan and confirm site visits.
2. Manage and coordinate shared calendars between customers and on-site Sales Executives.
3. Share pre-visit details with customers, including location, site contact, and visit expectations.
4. Conduct a mandatory confirmation check-in with customers two hours before the scheduled visit.
