A leading global energy management company is looking for a FLOW CONTROLLER in Bengaluru. The role focuses on ensuring timely stock availability and managing procurement of raw materials using MRP systems. Candidates should have a strong digital mindset, familiarity with Kinaxis, and ERP experience, preferably with SAP. Responsibilities include material replenishment, developing purchase requests, and conducting periodic material availability reviews. This position plays a vital role in managing inventory effectively and collaborating with suppliers.

Qualifications

• Preferred skills related to ERP knowledge, particularly in SAP.
• Understanding of Kinaxis and E2E Control Tower is crucial.

FLOW CONTROLLER

Responsibilities

• Use MRP (right balance of Resource Vs Demand) to ensure stock availability on time at right place. SAP knowledge highly recommended.
• Responsible for material replenishment (raw material and/or finished goods).
• Ensure MRP (Demand Vs Resource balancing) is executed in ERP and used as an input to drive replenishment.
• PR to PO conversion through ERP batch job at Vendor.
• Material Level and aligned to forecast.
• Action on MRP Exceptions and work with suppliers to advise / expedite the deliveries.
• Manage Customer Requests Workflows.
• Define default transportation mode by using Air/Sea Tool / workflow if transportation mode change.
• Ensure the stock is available by analyzing and taking right actions.
• Record the Purchase Orders Acknowledgement, Advance Shipping Notification in ERP and manage invoice discrepancy if any.
• Be primary contact of the suppliers.
• Actively participate in SIM2.
• Electronic component buying knowledge would be a plus.
• Responsible for procurement of Raw Material for regular production & PO releasing based on Plan.
• Forecasting the material availability for production and achieving goals related to inventory control.
• Managing vendor relationships and assist in building effective partnerships.
• Developing and review purchase requests and ensure authorization as necessary to facilitate the timely purchase of raw material.
• Providing status reports to management on overall purchase of material.
• Inventory Management.
• Non-Moving Inventory reduction.
• Responsible to conduct Daily, Weekly & Monthly review on Materials availability in warehouse.
