Job summary

The Eplane Company is seeking a qualified aerospace engineer to develop mathematical models for aircraft flight dynamics across fixed-wing, rotary-wing, and hybrid platforms.

You will design and optimize flight control laws, evaluate stability and performance, and create high-fidelity simulations for aircraft systems at our facility in India. Collaboration with aerodynamics, structures, and systems teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of flight dynamics, kinematics, and control theory.
• Hands-on experience with flight control system element design, testing and tuning.
• Good understanding of linear and nonlinear systems.
• Expertise in handling reliable flight control sensors, inceptors, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Job description

Requirements

• Familiar with safety critical development including ARP4754, DO-178B/C and DO-254 or equivalent stringent process requirements and regulatory frame works of FAA/EASA/DGCA.
• Strong understanding of flight dynamics, kinematics, and control theory.
• Hands-on experience with flight control system element design, testing and tuning.
• Good understanding of linear and nonlinear systems
• Expertise in handling reliable flight control sensors, inceptors, etc.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field and 1+ years of experience in flight mechanics or flight dynamics field
• Or Masters Degree in Aerospace / Aeronautical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field and minimum 1 year of experience in flight mechanics or flight dynamics field
