Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in aerospace engineering, Control Systems Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in aerospace control systems development.
• Proficiency in MATLAB/Simulink for modelling and simulation.
• Proficiency in C/python for Autopilot software.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement control systems for aircraft, UAVs, and aerospace components.
• Develop and validate flight control algorithms
• Model and simulate dynamic systems using MATLAB/Simulink or similar tools.
• Integrate sensors, actuators, and avionics hardware into control architectures.
• Perform system‑level analysis, stability assessments, and performance tuning.
• Support hardware‑in‑the‑loop (HIL) and software‑in‑the‑loop (SIL) testing.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (aerodynamics, propulsion, avionics).
• Prepare technical documentation and reports for design reviews and certification.
