Job summary

Diksha Technologies Limited in Mumbai is seeking an experienced FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant with 5–10 years of Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking experience. The consultant will perform functional analysis and provide production support across FLEXCUBE environments.

You will work closely with business users, functional and technical teams to design, validate integrations, manage upgrades, and contribute to end-to-end implementation from requirements through go-live and BAU support.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking experience.
• Proficient in FLEXCUBE 14.x and related modules (CASA, Lending, IC, Liquidity Management).
• Experience with upgrades, migrations, and CEMLI coordination.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced FLEXCUBE Functional Consultant with 5–10 years of relevant

experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE Core Banking. The consultant will be responsible for functional analysis,

and production support across FLEXCUBE environments. The role requires strong knowledge of core

banking processes and the ability to work closely with business users, functional consultants, technical

teams, integration teams, QA, and project stakeholders.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional solutions for Oracle FLEXCUBE.
• Design and support solutions across core banking modules including CASA, Lending, Interest & Charges (IC), and Liquidity Management.
• Manage and support FLEXCUBE 14.x version upgrades, migrations, enhancements, and related functional impact assessments.
• Work on FLEXCUBE Core, CASA, IC, and Oracle Banking Payments (OBPM) requirements, including CEMLI-related activities.
• Prepare functional specifications, solution documents, process flows, configuration requirements, and impact analysis documents.
• Work closely with technical teams for CEMLI development, customization, configuration, and functional validation.
• Design and validate integration solutions with upstream and downstream applications, ATM/POS switches, payment systems, and gateway interfaces.
• Participate in end-to-end FLEXCUBE implementation projects from requirement gathering and gap analysis through configuration, testing, deployment, go-live, and production support.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression, integration, and production validation activities.
• Analyze functional defects, perform root-cause analysis, and coordinate with development and technical teams for resolution.
• Provide L2/L3 functional support and assist with production incidents, enhancements, and BAU activities.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders and project teams to ensure timely delivery of functional requirements and project milestones.

3. FLEXCUBE Implementation & Functional Activities

• Requirement gathering and business process analysis.
• As-Is / To-Be process analysis and gap assessment.
• Functional solution design and product configuration support.
• Preparation and review of Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS).
• Coordination with development teams for customizations and CEMLI requirements.
• Functional validation of custom developments and interfaces.
• Support for data migration, mock migration, reconciliation, and validation activities where applicable.
• Go-live preparation, cutover support, stabilization, and post-production support.

4. Integration & Interface Responsibilities

• Define and validate functional requirements for upstream and downstream integrations.
• Work with integration teams on transaction flows, interface specifications, data mapping, and error-
• Support integration with ATM/POS switches, gateway interfaces, payment systems, digital channels, and other enterprise applications.
• Participate in end-to-end interface testing and transaction validation across integrated systems.
• Coordinate issue resolution between FLEXCUBE, middleware, external systems, and business teams.

5. Required Skills & Experience

• 5–10 years of relevant experience in Oracle FLEXCUBE / Core Banking.
• Strong functional knowledge of FLEXCUBE 14.x.
• Hands-on experience in CASA and at least one or more of Lending, Interest & Charges, and Liquidity
• Management.
• Working knowledge of OBPM and payment-related processes.
• Experience with FLEXCUBE implementation, customization, upgrade, migration, and production
• support.
• Understanding of CEMLI requirements and coordination with technical development teams.
• Experience with upstream/downstream integrations, ATM/POS switches, and gateway interfaces.
• Strong understanding of banking transaction flows, product lifecycle, accounting impacts, and core
• banking processes.
• Good analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills.

6. Preferred Skills

• Experience in large-scale banking transformation or core banking modernization programs.
• Exposure to international banking implementations and multi-country projects.
• Knowledge of APIs, web services, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.
• Exposure to payment systems, digital banking channels, and banking interfaces.
• Experience in L2/L3 application support and incident management.
• Oracle / FLEXCUBE certifications will be an added advantage.
