Job description

We are seeking a skilled Flexcube OBPM Developer with hands-on experience in development, implementation, and production support for core banking products, preferably Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and integrate/deploy Java applications.
• Transform business requirements into technical specifications and solution design documents.
• Conduct software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging.
• Support testing cycles (SIT, UAT) as per Oracle/customer specifications within the planned schedule.
• Adhere to defined standards, tools, processes, and change control steps, ensuring all work is documented to meet quality, audit, and compliance expectations.
• Collaborate effectively across different teams and geographies.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in development, implementation, and/or production support with a core banking product (Oracle FLEXCUBE UBS preferred).
• Mandatory experience in PL/SQL, OBMA, OBBRN, OBPM, and ODT.
• Experience with Web services/SOA/REST/HTTP, Microservices, and Eventing frameworks.
• Familiarity with IDE tools like Eclipse and UML modeling tools.
• Experience working with Oracle Database tools and administration.
• Experience with JUnit and JMeter tools.
• Exposure to the Financial Services/Banking domain.
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and written/oral communication skills for executive presentations, documentation, and status reporting.
• Ability to translate business requirements into solution design documents.
