Job summary

Alstom in New Delhi is seeking a Fleet Support Engineer to enhance the reliability and performance of the fleet at Sarita Vihar Depot. You will work with cross-functional teams across Operations, Industrial, and Quality to troubleshoot, maintain, and implement innovative maintenance solutions.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields)
• 4+ years of experience or understanding of railway maintenance and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with data analysis tools and reporting (e.g., Tableau, MS Office)
• Strong knowledge of safety management systems and quality tools
• Proficiency in English (mandatory)

• Providing technical support to ensure efficient troubleshooting and reliability improvements

Youll play a key role in improving the reliability and performance of our fleet. Day-to-day, youll work closely with teams across the business (such as Operations, Industrial, and Quality), provide technical support for troubleshooting and maintenance, and analyze performance data to identify improvement opportunities.

Youll specifically take care of implementing innovative solutions to enhance fleet reliability and efficiency, but also support the development and execution of maintenance plans.
