Job summary

DBS Bank's Technology Centre in India seeks an experienced leader to head Central Operations. You will oversee end-to-end loan operations, drive process improvements and ensure compliant, efficient service delivery to internal partners.

You will manage a team of operations professionals, develop MIS reports, handle stakeholder relationships, and mitigate operational risks while maintaining high-quality customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in operations or similar role with leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Loan operations processes, including application processing, loan disbursement, and account maintenance.
• Proficient in process management, stakeholder management, MIS management, team management, workflow management, people management, and risk management.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Central operations professionals.

• Manage stakeholder relationships, including internal teams and external partners, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.

• Manage team workflow and workload to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks, implementing appropriate controls and measures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
