Job summary

Electronic Payment And Services in Mumbai is seeking a Fixed Assets & CAPEX Management professional to maintain the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) with accurate recording, capitalization, transfers, disposals and depreciation.

You will coordinate with Projects, Procurement, Finance and IT to ensure proper documentation and timely capitalization, drive automation of asset processes, support audits, and deliver MIS reports on asset utilization and project expenditure.

Qualifications

• Maintain and update the Fixed Assets Register (FAR) with accurate recording, capitalization, transfers, disposals and depreciation.
• Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and company policies relating to fixed assets.
• Drive automation initiatives for Fixed Asset processes to improve accuracy, efficiency and reporting capabilities.
• Maintain and monitor the CAPEX Invoice Tracker, ensuring capitalization and reconciliation of capital expenditure invoices.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Projects, Procurement, Finance, and IT) to ensure proper documentation and timely capitalization of assets.
• Liaise with vendors to obtain invoices, supporting documents, asset details, and resolve invoice-related discrepancies.
• Reconcile capital work-in-progress (CWIP) with project and finance records and ensure timely capitalization of completed projects.
• Support statutory, internal, and tax audits by providing fixed asset schedules, supporting documentation, and audit responses.
• Prepare periodic MIS and analytical reports related to fixed assets, CAPEX utilization, and project expenditure.
• Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and assist in process improvements related to asset management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update FAR to ensure asset capitalization, transfers, disposals and depreciation are accurate.
