Job Description:

We are hiring ITI Fitters for our Maintenance Department at Meck Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals Pvt Ltd. The role involves mechanical maintenance, installation, and repair work on various equipment and utility systems used in pharmaceutical and chemical manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of pumps, gearboxes, motors, and mechanical seals.
• Assist in installation and alignment of new machinery and production equipment.
• Carry out repair and replacement of mechanical parts such as bearings, valves, shafts, couplings, and pipelines.
• Conduct periodic inspection of equipment like compressors, blowers, reactors, and agitators.
• Monitor proper functioning of utility systems including chilled water, vacuum, and compressed air lines.
• Ensure proper lubrication and preventive maintenance of moving parts.
• Maintain tools, safety equipment, and work area in safe and working condition.
• Support during plant shutdown, equipment overhauling, and emergency breakdowns.

Qualification:

• ITI Fitter (NCVT/SCVT certified)
• Fresher or candidates with 1–3 years of experience in mechanical maintenance, preferably in pharmaceutical or chemical industry.
