We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Electronics System Design Engineer to join our innovative and dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electronics and electrical engineering, with a proven ability to design and build advanced electronics circuits. This role offers a unique opportunity to collaborate closely with multidisciplinary engineers to develop cutting-edge technologies.
Responsibilities:
- Design, write, debug, and optimize low-level firmware (C/C++) for microcontrollers, FPGAs, or SoC platforms driving high-speed precision hardware.
- Create, analyze, and simulate circuit designs, including analog signal conditioning, digital interfaces, and mixed-signal systems.
- Implement communication protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, Modbus, or CAN) for seamless interfacing with sensors, actuators, motor controllers, and acquisition devices.
- Conduct hands-on testing, board bring-up, signal integrity checks, and debugging using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and multimeters.
- Partner with multidisciplinary engineering teams (software, optical, mechanical) to ensure seamless integration of electronics systems into broader equipment architectures.
- Prepare detailed technical documentation, including firmware documentation, hardware schematics, PCB layout specs, test plans, and validation reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging component technology, and modern embedded techniques to drive innovation in system design.
Desired Skills:
- Experience with high-speed data acquisition, ADCs/DACs, or low-noise signal conditioning.
- Familiarity with FPGA development (VHDL/Verilog) or platforms like Red Pitaya / Zynq SoC.
- Exposure to motion control systems (stepper/servo motors, voice coil actuators) or precision sensors.
Required Qualifications:
- 24 years of experience with strong proficiency in embedded programming in C / C++ and bare-metal or RTOS development.
- Strong foundation in core electronics principles with practical experience in analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuit design.
- Hands-on experience with PCB bring-up, hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, DMMs), and circuit validation.
- Experience implementing and debugging low-level protocols (SPI, I2C, UART, USB, Ethernet, TCP/IP, or CAN).
- Proficiency with PCB design and schematic capture software (e.g., KiCad, Altium Designer, Eagle, or OrCAD).
- Strong problem-solving ability for isolating hardware vs. firmware bugs during system integration.
- Adaptable, self-driven team player who excels in a fast-moving, multi-disciplinary deep tech environment.
Required Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelors degree (B.E. / B.Tech or equivalent) in Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical Engineering (EEE), Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field.
- Preferred: Masters degree (M.E. / M.Tech / M.S.) in Embedded Systems, Microelectronics, or Instrumentation.
- Demonstrated practical project experience or hands-on hardware prototyping track record will be strongly considered.
Education Qualification: Bachelors Degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering or a related field
