Tismo Technology builds embedded products for life science, industrial automation, and IoT/IIoT clients across North America and Europe. As Firmware Technical Lead / Architect, you will own the firmware architecture of these products end to end — from requirements through design, development, and product certification — while leading and mentoring a team of embedded firmware engineers. This is a hands‑on role: you will architect systems, write code, review designs, and work directly with international customers. Because our work lives at the intersection of hardware and firmware — at the lab bench, alongside the team and the boards you are bringing up — this is a full‑time, on‑site role at our Bangalore office. You will be involved from ideation to implementation, working alongside a highly capable team on products for industry‑leading clients — with the learning, ownership, and global exposure that come with it.
Experience
7–10 years of hands‑on experience developing embedded products, including at least one full product life cycle from concept to release.
