Synaxis Informatic Tech Solutions in India is seeking an experienced Lead Embedded Firmware Engineer to design, develop, and optimize firmware for next-generation products. You will work across hardware and software, programming microcontrollers, implementing RTOS, and integrating communication protocols such as UART, CAN, and Modbus.

A strong background in debugging with scope/logic analyzers is essential.

Formación

• 8–12 years of embedded firmware experience in C/C++, microcontrollers and RTOS.
• Hands-on experience with UART, CAN, Modbus and other communication protocols.
• Familiarity with IAR Embedded Workbench and lab equipment (scope, logic analyzer).
• Python scripting for test automation.
• Version control with Git/SVN and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design, development, testing, debugging, and optimization of embedded firmware for next‑gen products.
• Integrate hardware and software, work with MCUs, RTOS, and communication protocols.
• Debug using scope/logic analyzers and perform hardware/software integration tasks.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Lead Embedded Firmware Engineer to design, develop, test, debug, and optimize embedded firmware for next-generation products. The ideal candidate will combine strong embedded software expertise, microcontroller programming, RTOS experience, communication protocols, and hardware-software integration skills.

Required Expertise

• 8-12 years of in-depth expertise in Embedded C, C++, micro-controllers and hands-on RTOS integration.
• Direct experience programming and debugging microcontrollers and communication protocols (UART, CAN, Modbus, wireless standards, etc.).
• Familiarity with IAR Embedded Workbench and electronic test equipment (oscilloscope, logic analyzer).
• Practical experience with Python scripting for test automation.
• Working knowledge of Git/ SVN version control and CI/ CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving, debugging, and hardware/software integration skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Computer Engineering.
• Energy/ Electricity Metering domain exp is required
