Job summary

Greytip Software Private Limited in Bengaluru is seeking an embedded software engineer to design and implement software for embedded systems. The role involves writing efficient C/C++ code, interfacing with hardware components, and ensuring scalability and robustness of the software.

You will work with Linux-based environments, shell scripting, and version control tools like Git. Familiarity with Yocto, Petalinux, and Xilinx SDK/Vitis is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in embedded software development with C/C++ in real-time systems.
• Experience with hardware interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, GPIO, DMA.
• Proficiency with Linux, shell scripting, and using Git for version control.
• Familiarity with Yocto, Petalinux, and Xilinx SDK/Vitis.
• Strong debugging, reading schematics and datasheets, and good communication.

Requirements

• 8. Excellent knowledge of OS coding techniques, IP protocols, interfaces and hardware subsystems.
• 9. Adequate knowledge of reading schematics and data sheets for components
• 10. Good communication skills and the ability to manage projects.
• 11. Python programming is a added advantage.
