Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Fire Officer in Gurugram, Haryana, India to lead on-site fire safety and EHS activities. You will report to the Manager-Fire & Safety and coordinate with site leadership to implement safety plans and ensure compliance.

You will manage fire safety programs, permit systems, LOTO, chemical and ladder safety, and emergency response planning. You will render reports on inspections, incidents, and training outcomes while coordinating with engineers and technical teams

Responsibilities

• Report to the Manager-Fire & Safety and follow instructions.
• Work as per site shift schedule or other duty timing as directed by the Site lead/Manager-Fire & Safety.
• Render reports and returns related to EHS/Fire, inspections, compliance status, and incident/training outcomes as required.
• Handle the entire gamut of safety programs, including preparation and implementation of Safety Plans, Work Permit systems, LOTO planning and controls, chemical safety controls, ladder safety controls, Fire Action Plans and emergency response planning.
• Ensure strict implementation of procedures through effective monitoring and coordination with engineers/technical teams.
