Job summary

EY is seeking an Anaplan Senior Consultant to join our Practice, delivering robust Anaplan solutions for clients. You will create complex models, handle multi-source data, and upload into Anaplan while working closely with business teams to elicit requirements and document end-to-end designs.

You will contribute to project estimation, design documentation, and end-user training, with exposure to FP&A, Sales, supply chain planning and HR incentives. Hybrid work arrangement in India is available.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of hands-on Modelling Experience in ANAPLAN (with exposure to a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan) focused on Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning or HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management.
• 4+ years of strong background and experience in consulting roles focused on Sales Performance Planning / Supply chain / Financial Planning.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile.
• Hands on in MS Excel using advanced formulae to develop Mock Ups for clients
• Certified Solution Architect in Anaplan is Must
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modelling
• MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply chain is preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver Anaplan Solutions for clients as part of the Anaplan Practice.
• Create Anaplan models, handle data sets and upload into Anaplan.
• Design the application, complete design documentation, and conduct end-user training.
• Estimate project tasks with teams and elicit client requirements.
• Engage in sprint planning and sign off on BRD/User stories.
• Communicate with clients across time zones in a clear, professional manner.

ANAPLAN SENIOR CONSULTANT

Job description/Key Responsibilities:

An Anaplan Senior Consultant in our Anaplan Practice will be responsible for being an integral part of delivering Anaplan Solutions for our clients. This role requires techno - Functional expertise to create Anaplan models, ability to handle different data sets and upload them into Anaplan and good functional business understanding. This role also entails participating in teams to estimate project tasks, elicit requirements from clients, design the application, complete design documentation, and conduct end user training.

Good understanding of Anaplan focused on FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning or Supply Chain Planning is expected based on projects done to be able to converse and understand the requirements better. Individuals in this role are expected to be able to work effectively and resourcefully independently as well as part of the team to accomplish tasks laid by team lead.

Required Experience:

• 4-8 years of hands-on Modelling Experience in ANAPLAN (with exposure to a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan) focused on but not limited to Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management or similar use cases.

Technical Skills:

• Must have had 4+ years Hands on Modelling experience in ANAPLAN projects, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support.
• Comfortable with creating Model, Modules, Lists, Line Items, Subsets, Line-Item Subsets, Usage of Calculation functions and dashboards using best practices.
• Been introduced or worked with Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, Integration methods and ALM within Anaplan.
• Ability to have direct discussions with clients to understand their needs and then design, develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models.
• Master Anaplanner Certification is a plus.
• Assist to Conduct, Document and Signoff Business Requirement with clients. Assign the User stories and assist in Sprint Planning

People Skills:

• Ability to effectively communicate with client team and in client facing roles across various time zones based on client location
• Ability to work in Hybrid model (WFH and Office)
• Strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude
