• Advanced MS Excel for mockups and data manipulation.
• Certified Anaplan Solution Architect is a must.
• MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply Chain preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Anaplan solutions for clients, including design, development, and end-user training.
• Estimate project tasks, elicit requirements, design applications, complete design docs, and sign off on deliverables.
• Create and maintain multi-dimensional modelling using Anaplan with dashboards and modules.
• Interact with clients to understand needs and guide sprint planning and client workshops.

An Anaplan Manager Consultant in our Anaplan Practice will be responsible for being an integral part of delivering Anaplan Solutions for our clients. This role requires techno - Functional expertise to create Anaplan models,He should have acted as Anaplan Solution architect and ability to handle different data sets and upload them into Anaplan and good functional business understanding. This role also entails participating in teams to estimate project tasks, elicit requirements from clients, design the application, complete design documentation, and conduct end user training.

Good understanding of Anaplan focused on FP&A, Sales/Incentive Compensation Planning or Supply Chain Planning is expected based on projects done to be able to converse and understand the requirements better. Individuals in this role are expected to be able to work effectively and resourcefully independently as well as part of the team to accomplish tasks laid by team lead.

Required Experience:

• 10-14 years of hands-on Modelling Experience in ANAPLAN (with exposure to a minimum of 5 end-to-end implementations on Anaplan) focused on but not limited to Financial Forecasting, Supply Chain Planning and HR/Sales/Incentive Compensation Management or similar use cases.
• 5+ years of strong background and experience in consulting roles focused on Sales Performance Planning / Supply chain / Financial Planning.
• Familiarity with SCRUM/Agile.
• Hands on in MS Excel using advanced formulae to develop Mock Ups for clients
• Certified Solution Architect in Anaplan is Must
• Strong expertise and deep understanding of multi-dimensional modelling
• MBA in Finance or Operations and Supply chain is preferred

Technical Skills:

• Must have had 5+ years Hands on Modelling experience in ANAPLAN projects, including implementations, upgrades, roll outs and/or support.
• Comfortable with creating Model, Modules, Lists, Line Items, Subsets, Line-Item Subsets, Usage of Calculation functions and dashboards using best practices.
• Been introduced or worked with Anaplan Optimizer, PlanIQ, Integration methods and ALM within Anaplan.
• Ability to have direct discussions with clients to understand their needs and then design, develop, maintain, and elaborate planning models.
• Master Anaplanner Certification is a plus.
• Assist to Conduct, Document and Signoff Business Requirement with clients. Assign the User stories and assist in Sprint Planning

• Ability to effectively communicate with client team and in client facing roles across various time zones based on client location
• Ability to work in Hybrid model (WFH and Office)
