Job summary

YASH Technologies is seeking an experienced Lead Anaplan Modeler to work with the FPPM team, focusing on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Anaplan models for global financial forecasting and reporting.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, implement FP&A and EPM processes, and leverage PlanIQ, ALM with New UX, PLANUAL 2, and AWS Data Lake to drive performance management.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience building Anaplan models and functional planning.
• Deep understanding of FP&A or EPM processes.
• Familiar with PlanIQ, New UX, ALM with New UX, PLANUAL 2.
• Strong experience with AWS Data Lake.
• Experience integrating Anaplan with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to adapt to multiple use cases such as FP&A.
• Anaplan L3 or Architect certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Anaplan models for planning and forecasting.
• Lead complex enhancements and implementation.
• Troubleshoot defects and provide status updates to Finance partners.
• Gather requirements and translate into functional Anaplan models.
• Ensure model scalability, efficiency, and data integrity.
• Integrate Anaplan with other systems and data sources.
• Provide expertise on platform framework and calculations per business.

About The Job

Looking for an experienced Lead Anaplan Modeler who will be closely work with Financial Planning and Performance Management (FPPM) team. The candidate is expected to have strong expertise in Anaplan modelling, financial planning, and enterprise performance management (EPM). Resource will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable Anaplan models that drive financial forecasting, planning, and reporting across global business functions.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on with 5-7 Years of experience on Anaplan model building and functional planning
• Deep understanding of Financial Planning & Performance Management (FPPM) or Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) processes.
• Well versed with all the latest concepts in Anaplan such as PlanIQ, New UX, ALM using New UX, PLANUAL 2.
• Strong experience in AWS Data Lake
• Experience with Data Integration between Anaplan and other enterprise systems.
• Ability to adapt to multiple use cases such as FP&A
• Anaplan L3 certified or Architect certified is preferable

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance Anaplan models to support financial planning, forecasting, and performance management.
• Execute the development and implementation of complex enhancements
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve defects within Anaplan, providing regular status updates to Finance Business Partners
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional Anaplan models.
• Ensure model scalability, efficiency, and data integrity across all processes.
• Integrate Anaplan with other enterprise systems and data sources.
• Understand and provide expertise regarding the platform framework for each Business, design methodology and calculations
