Job summary

Capco is seeking a FinRep BA to support financial reporting processes, focusing on FINREP, IFRS, and data accuracy. The role requires strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, meticulous attention to data mapping to GRCA codes, and clear communication with accounting and regulatory teams.

Independence and quick delivery of deliverables are valued. The candidate should be mature, capable of working with minimal supervision, and able to engage with local and global stakeholders to ensure end-to-end data

Qualifications

• Experience working in Financial Reporting (FINREP, IFRS) in BAU or Change roles; end-to-end data understanding beneficial but not essential.
• Strong MS PowerPoint and Excel skills.
• High attention to detail to verify data mapping to GRCA codes before Saracen upload.

Responsibilities

• Review FINREP EUCs data and mappings for regulatory compliance.
• Perform detailed production assessments with analytical rigor.

Job Description:

Experience / Education

• Experience working in Financial Reporting (FINREP, IFRS, IFRS9) either in BAU or Change roles, where a reporting understanding in FINREP requirements and end to end process would be advantageous but is not essential.
• Good MS Power point and Excel skills.
• A high attention to detail is essential, the individual would be deep dive into FINREP EUCs to understand and assess where data is being source correctly and accurately, data transformation or manipulation is being done as per the regulatory requirements and data is being mapped correctly to the respective GRCA codes before Saracen upload.
• Strong analytical skills to perform detailed Report Production Assessment for the FINREP EUCs. Ability to bring analytical rigour and structure to the assessments.
• Excellent communication skills - applicable through multiple channels (written and spoken).
• Strong stakeholder management with proven ability to engage with the local Financial Accounting and Group Regulatory Financial Reporting teams.
