Acura Solutions in Pune is seeking a finance professional to oversee day-to-day finance and accounting operations, including loan disbursement and repayments with bank-to-LMS-to-books reconciliation. The role covers branch-wise MIS and financial monitoring, as well as AUM, collections, interest income, and overdue reporting.

You will support month-end closing, audits and statutory requirements, identify operational gaps, and work with the technology team to automate processes.

• Manage day-to-day finance and accounting operations
• Loan disbursement, repayment and bank-to-LMS-to-books reconciliation
• Branch-wise and jeweller-wise MIS and financial monitoring
• AUM, collections, interest income, outstanding and overdue reporting
• Bank, vendor and operational reconciliations
• Support month-end closing, audits and statutory requirements
• Identify operational / accounting gaps and strengthen controls
• Work with the technology team to automate and simplify financial processes
• Develop dashboards and MIS that help management continuously monitor the business
