Job summary

Revolut Ltd is seeking a Financial Crime Analyst to handle customer issues via phone and other channels, contributing to timely issue resolution and crime prevention. Roles may include night/weekend shifts with full compensation.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

About the role

Financial Crime Operations is at the forefront of Revolut’s efforts to keep customers and their money safe. Team members work directly with customers to resolve issues and flag potential concerns. Using cutting-edge technology and sharp attention to detail, they help prevent financial crime and keep trust at the core of Revolut.

We’re looking for a Financial Crime Analyst to take ownership of customer issues, think deeper to find solutions, and contribute to the way we support our customers every day over the phone.

To support our 24/7 coverage, this role may include night and weekend shifts, which are fully compensated.
