Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and related Azure services.
• Write optimized SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for various business units.
• Mentor and supervise a Junior Power BI Developer, ensuring adherence to best practices and timely delivery.
• Monitor data quality, integrity, and performance across data systems.
• Implement data governance and security protocols in accordance with organizational standards.

Job Purpose

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Data Engineer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in building and managing data solutions using Microsoft Azure, SQL, and Power BI, primarily within the Finance domain.

The role involves developing scalable data solutions, creating high-quality Power BI dashboards, mentoring a junior Power BI developer, and continuously exploring new technologies and best practices.

The candidate will work closely with colleagues across VTBA and the broader Atlas Copco Group.
