Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements from supporting documents.
• Prepare Condensed Schedule of Investments (CSoI).
• Prepare Statement of Cash Flows.
• Assist with interim and year-end audits and respond to auditor queries.
• Perform financial analysis and escalate issues timely.
• Ensure timely delivery of financial statements.
• Follow internal control policies and procedures.

We are looking for a CA-qualified professional to join the Financial Reporting team supporting financial statement preparation for hedge fund and investment company clients.

The role involves preparing and reviewing financial statements in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS, preparing supporting schedules, assisting with audits, and ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements from supporting documents.
• Prepare Condensed Schedule of Investments (CSoI).
• Prepare Statement of Cash Flows.
• Assist with interim and year-end audits.Provide supporting documentation and respond to auditor queries.
• Perform financial analysis and identify issues for timely escalation.
• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of financial statements.
• Follow internal control policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with global stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA).
• 12 years of relevant experience or relevant articleship exposure.
• Hands-on experience in US GAAP Accounting.
• Hands-on experience in IFRS Accounting.
• Experience in Financial Reporting / Financial Statement Preparation.
• Strong accounting fundamentals.
