Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports (including profitability statements, management accounts, investor decks), ensuring consistency.
2. Establish and ensure timely completion of month-end close activities (e.g., allocations) with accuracy.
3. Gather historical financial data and inputs from various departments to build analyses.
4. Analyze financial data and provide insightful commentary on risks and opportunities.
5. Monitor and analyze financial results against budgets and forecasts, identifying variances and providing explanations.
6. Review financial processes to ensure consistency in accounting numbers.
7. Be familiar with KPIs of SaaS organizations (Revenue, Recurring Revenue, Gross Margins, TCV, ACV, ARR, etc.).
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate data for managerial purposes.

Key Attributes:

1. Preferably CA / MBA / ICWA with 3-5 years of experience in management reporting and FP&A in an IT / ITES organization.
2. Experience in similar roles within an FP&A team.
3. Strong focus on automation and process improvements.
4. Experience working with automated ERPs (SAP, Oracle, or others).
5. Ability to learn quickly.
6. Problem-solving skills.
7. Drive for results.
8. Proficiency in reporting.
