Job Title: Assistant Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)

Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and disciplined Assistant Manager - FP&A to drive our financial planning, budgeting, and cost optimization efforts. In this role, you will take ownership of key financial metrics, ensure compliance, and partner with the business to provide actionable insights that drive sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Margin & Pricing Management: Calculate, monitor, and take end-to-end ownership of business margins and MRP strategies.
• Financial Planning: Lead the annual budgeting and rolling forecasting processes.
• Variance Analysis: Conduct deep dives into Actual vs. Budget performance, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Cost Optimization: Continuously identify and execute creative strategies to reduce costs, manage budgets efficiently, and optimize overall spend.
• Compliance Management: Oversee and ensure strict adherence to all CS (Company Secretary) compliances and fundraise-related financial compliances.

Skills & Business Acumen

• Commercial Awareness: Exceptional business acumen with a deep understanding of industry nuances.
